Neptune Court is a brand new, income-restricted Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Section 8 community currently under construction at 1130 Heck Avenue in Neptune Township, NJ. The community will offer 69 apartments (9 one-bedroom, 31 two-bedroom and 29 three-bedroom) for households earning up to 60% of the Monmouth County Area Median Income.

Applications must be mailed to Heck Avenue Apartments, c/o Township of Neptune Housing Authority, Administrative Offices, 1810 Alberta Ave, Neptune, NJ 07753. Applications cannot be dropped off in person. A random selection process will determine the priority order of applications, and there is a preference for prior Neptune Court residents. The application deadline will be announced separately.
