Glendenning Homes is a brand new, income-restricted Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Section 8 community currently under construction at 498 Capobianco Plaza in Rahway, NJ. The community will offer 58 apartments (31 two-bedroom, 22 three-bedroom and 5 four-bedroom) for households earning up to 60% of the Union County Area Median Income.

Applications are available beginning Friday, October 9, 2026 and must be received by mail no later than Monday, November 9, 2026. Completed applications must be mailed to Glendenning Homes Phase 1, c/o Rahway Housing Authority, 165 East Grand Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065, and cannot be dropped off in person. A hard copy can also be picked up at the Rahway Housing Authority, 165 East Grand Avenue, during the hours of 9am-4pm. A random selection process will determine the priority order of applications, and there is a preference for prior Glendenning Homes residents.
