The property is 4-stories over parking and features modern apartments, energy efficient systems and appliances, as well as a wealth of amenities including a clubroom, laundry facilities, management office, and on-site parking.

The property is developed in partnership with the North Bergen Renaissance Corporation, a 501c(3) non-profit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the Township of North Bergen, an organization with a long history of serving low income seniors citizens, disabled persons, and at-risk families in the community.

North Bergen Renaissance Supportive Housing is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Section 8 Community.
